Hi! We’re Julia Kuskin & Kate Collins - portrait and lifestyle photographers based in Seattle. We’re native New Yorkers, former Angelenos, and longtime friends who love taking photographs.
After years of working independently and developing our own styles, we’re excited by how seamlessly our images mesh together.
Our individual backgrounds are in editorial and commercial photography, family portraiture, graphic design and film production. Our work has appeared in Travel + Leisure, Sunset, The Sophisticated Traveler, Time, Seattle Bride, Parents, Inc. Magazine and many more.
We encourage you to show up as yourself without posing or pressure, our sessions are relaxed and collaborative. Plus we love what we do so the atmosphere is easy and fun; you’ll feel it the moment we begin!

Weddings
Elopements begin at $1800, and weddings at $2500. We also offer engagement sessions and boudoir. Couples typically invest $4,500-$6,500 for tailored coverage.

If you want to add film to your session you’re in the right hands. Film just has that certain je ne sais quoi, hard to put into words but you know it when you see it; Beautifully imperfect, warm, full of character.

Sometimes you get lucky and the first frame on the roll is the one. But most of the time, getting the shot takes a bit of time, patience, and a critical eye. Also, a complete understanding of composition, color, light, and the technical stuff: light meters, f-stops, and shutter speeds. And yes, a little bit of magic.
